Vegetarian
After watching some animal documentaries, my wife and I have been trying to eat more vegetarian/vegan foods. Not only are they better for the planet, but they are delicious too.
If you're new to vegetarian cooking, I'd recommend our hearty mung bean and coconut curry. It's made with no meat, but it's one of my favorite dishes.
