Tatertot Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the sausage until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, toss together the tater tots, cooked sausage and cheeses. Pour into the baking dish and spread into an even layer.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour evenly over the tater tot mixture.
Bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes until the eggs are set and no longer jiggly.
Notes
To make ahead:
After pouring the egg mixture into the baking dish, cover with foil and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Bake straight from the fridge.
