Strawberry Fluff
This is a classic dessert salad popular in the Midwest. It's creamy, fluffy, and super fruity-tasting. Great for potlucks, gatherings, and holiday dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 (3-ounce) box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the strawberry Jell-O with 1 cup of boiling water until dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of ice cubes until melted (you can also use cold water, but it will take longer to thicken in the next step).
- Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix, then chill for 15 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in the Cool Whip.
- Gently fold in the strawberries, marshmallows, and pineapple.
- Chill until ready to serve.
