Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese (8 ounces)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped; or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon red onion (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ clove garlic (grated)
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon (chopped; divided)
  • salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except the salt and pepper to a food processor. Blend for 15-30 seconds until it reaches your desired consistency (I like it slightly chunky with salmon bits)
  • Taste and add salt and black pepper to taste. I find smoked salmon is already quite salty so I usually skip the salt.
  • Store in the fridge and serve with pita chips or crackers. Enjoy!
