This smoked salmon dip appetizer is creamy, tangy, and full of smoked salmon flavor. It's easy to make in under 15 minutes, and is always a hit at parties, potlucks, or any type of gathering.
Add all the ingredients except the salt and pepper to a food processor. Blend for 15-30 seconds until it reaches your desired consistency (I like it slightly chunky with salmon bits)
Taste and add salt and black pepper to taste. I find smoked salmon is already quite salty so I usually skip the salt.
Store in the fridge and serve with pita chips or crackers. Enjoy!
