Puppy Chow
Also known as Muddy Buddies, this popular snack looks like dog kibble, but is much tastier! Made with Chex cereal coated in peanut butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar. Perfect for bringing to parties, potlucks, trips, and more!
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 8 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a large pot over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the cereal until coated.
- Pour the cereal into a large Ziplock bag. Add the powdered sugar, and shake to coat. You may need to add a tiny bit more powdered sugar to get every piece coated.
- Store at room temperature, in the fridge, or even in the freezer for a cold snack.
