Today we will be making one of the best looking sandwiches, aka a Pork Floss Sandwich (pork sung sandwich). If you have never had one, then you are in for a treat. The main ingredient is pork floss which is a kind of dried pork product with the texture of cotton candy. The sandwich can be customized with whatever fillings you want.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg with one teaspoon of water.
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the egg and swirl it around the pan until it is a thin layer. Cook for 30 seconds, then flip and cook the other side for 10 seconds until the egg is just set.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise onto each slice of bread.
Add the cucumber and egg to the first slice, pork floss to the middle slice, and ham to the final slice.
Combine the pieces to make the sandwich and cut off the crusts. At this point, you can eat the sandwich or refrigerate it for later. I prefer to eat it cold so I tightly wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
