Pina Colada Fluff
This Pina Colada Fluff is made with just five ingredients and comes together in minutes. Creamy, tropical, and completely no-bake, it's the easiest thing you'll bring to a summer gathering and guaranteed to be the first thing gone!
Ingredients
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple (with the juices)
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with the juices) and the vanilla pudding mix. Stir until dissolved then chill for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in the marshmallows, coconut, and walnuts.
- Fold in the Cool Whip. Chill until ready to serve.
