Oatmeal Applesauce Muffins

These healthy oatmeal applesauce muffins are a wholesome morning treat packed with warm cinnamon and apple flavors. They take just 30 minutes to make and stay moist for days!

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tray with muffin liners and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the applesauce, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until JUST combined. A few streaks of flour are OK- avoid overmixing.
  • Scoop the batter into the liners about ¾ way to the top.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
