Instructions
Start preheating your waffle iron.
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Grease the waffle iron generously with oil.
Scoop about 1 cup of the batter into the waffle iron (don't overfill). Close the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp. Remove, then repeat with the remaining batter.
