These dinner rolls are so soft and fluffy! Super easy to make with simple pantry ingredients, they only take about 10 minutes of prep- then just let them rise and bake for perfect rolls.
In a stand mixer bowl, mix together the milk, oil, sugar, yeast, salt, and egg.
Add the flour and mix with the dough hook for 4-5 minutes. The dough will be quite sticky (try not to add extra flour, as that will make the buns dry)
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. In the meantime, lightly grease and line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.
Grease your hands and shape the dough into 15 balls.
Arrange the balls in the baking pan. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter. Enjoy!
