Gluten-Free Oat Waffles

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, 30-60 seconds. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken. In the meantime, preheat your waffle iron.
  • Generously spray or brush the waffle iron with oil. Scoop in the batter (do not overfill), and cook until golden brown. Remove the waffle to a wire rack, then repeat with another waffle (don't forget to spray with more oil).
  • Serve with your favorite waffle toppings!
