Easy Pecan Pie

This easy pecan pie recipe is a family favorite I grew up with! Only 7 ingredients, 1 bowl, and 10 minutes of prep. Perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ¾ cups brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups pecans (halves or chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and set the rack in the lower-middle position. Defrost the pie crust according to package directions.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Arrange the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust, then pour the filling over the pecans.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes. If the crust is getting too brown, cover the top with a sheet of foil. Allow the pie to cool for 1-2 hours at room temperature before slicing.
