This easy pecan pie recipe is a family favorite I grew up with! Only 7 ingredients, 1 bowl, and 10 minutes of prep. Perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas!
Preheat your oven to 350°F and set the rack in the lower-middle position. Defrost the pie crust according to package directions.
In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Arrange the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust, then pour the filling over the pecans.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. If the crust is getting too brown, cover the top with a sheet of foil. Allow the pie to cool for 1-2 hours at room temperature before slicing.
