My homemade gravy is easy to make with simple ingredients like butter, flour, beef broth, and spices. No pan drippings required!

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes until the flour turns golden brown.
  • Stir in the bouillon powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • While whisking constantly, gradually pour in the beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until it reaches your desired thickness. If you accidentally make it too thick, just add some water to loosen it back up.
