Spread pizza sauce on one half of each dough, leaving about 1 inch around the edges. Top with pepperoni, ham, and cheese. Fold over and crimp the edges to seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with oil and cut 3 small slits to allow ventilation. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
