Crepes

Homemade crepes are easier to make than you think. No fancy equipment is needed. All you need is a blender and a regular frying pan.

Instructions

  • To a blender, add flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Blend until the batter is smooth, 20-30 seconds. You can also whisk them together in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight (the texture will be better!)
  • Heat a cast-iron pan over medium heat. Pour ⅓ cup batter into the center of the pan, then immediately tilt the pan in a circle so that the batter covers the bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds until golden brown. Transfer to a plate while you cook the rest.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings! I recommend whipped cream, maple syrup, and strawberry sauce!
