Crack Corn Dip

This Crack Corn Dip recipe is the most addictive appetizer or side dish for your summer potluck. Made with canned vegetables, ranch dressing, and creamy condiments!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 3 (11-ounce) cans Mexican-style corn (drained)
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 (4-ounce) cans mild green chiles (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • To a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. Serve with your favorite chips like Fritos!

Notes

For a hot version, top with cheddar cheese and bake in a 350F oven for 18-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
