Chocolate Covered Strawberries
These chocolate-covered strawberries are easy to make and make for a great surprise on Valentine's Day.

Start by washing and drying your strawberries VERY well. If the strawberries are wet, then the chocolate will not stick to them.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If you're planning on rolling the strawberries in nuts, place the nuts in a shallow dish now.
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave it in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.
Hold the strawberry by the stem and dip it into the chocolate. Then roll it into the nuts, if using. Place the strawberry on the baking sheet.
Repeat with all the strawberries, then chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Enjoy!
