Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
These Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are the vegetarian version of buffalo chicken wings! They come together in less than 30 minutes, and are perfect as an appetizer, for dinner, or for a Super Bowl spread.

Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, spices, and salt. Add to the bowl of cauliflower and toss to evenly coat.
Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Meanwhile, combine the buffalo sauce ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the cauliflower to the bowl of buffalo sauce and toss to combine.
