These Big Mac Sliders are just like miniature Big Macs! Made with ground beef, pickles, lettuce, cheese, and of course, the secret Big Mac sauce, they turn out delicious every time.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and onions. Cook for 5 minutes until the beef is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and let the beef stay warm while you prep the rest of the sliders.
In a small bowl, combine all the Big Mac sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Place the bottom half of the slider buns on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread half the Big Mac sauce over the bottom buns. Add 1-2 pickle slices to each bun.
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the buns. Lay the American cheese slices on top.
Sprinkle the lettuce over the cheese. Spread the remaining Big Mac sauce on the top halves of the buns, then place them on top.
Brush the top with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melty.
