  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and set aside a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops, then arrange them in a single layer in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 7 minutes per ½-inch of thickness. Let them rest in the pan for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Apple cider vinegar: Can be substituted with any clear colored vinegar, but apple cider vinegar is really the best because it pairs with pork really well.
