  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  • To a large bowl, combine the olive oil and all the seasonings. Add the chicken thighs and coat the chicken thoroughly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Spread the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket. Air-fry for 6 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 6-8 minutes until the inside reaches at least 160°F.
  • Let the chicken thighs rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
