    Sous Vide

Sous vide is a style of cooking where food is sealed in plastic bags and cooked in a water bath. The temperature of the water bath can be precisely controlled so you can get consistent results every time.

Many people use it just for cooking simple proteins, but I have recently started cooking flavorful and well-known dishes like Chinese BBQ Pork! One of my most popular dishes amongst friends and family is my Sous vide Hainanese chicken.

    • Juicy Sous Vide Sesame Chicken
    • Sous Vide Teriyaki Chicken
    • Sous Vide Chili Oil
    • Sous Vide Char Siu (BBQ Pork)
    • Sous Vide Hainanese Chicken
