  • Dust your work surface with a generous amount of flour. Gather the dough into a ball with your hands, and use a rolling pin to flatten it into a 12 by 8-inch rectangle, approximately ¾ inch thick. Use a dough scraper or knife to cut the dough into triangles or squares.
