This Ground Beef Stroganoff is an easy weeknight dinner you can make in 30 minutes. Egg noodles are smothered in a creamy mushroom and ground beef sauce.
Add the ground beef and onions and cook until the beef is no longer pink and you hear sizzling, around 6-7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic. Saute for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the flour and mix it in evenly.
Stir in the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cook for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
In the meantime, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Serve with the ground beef sauce. Enjoy!
