Fluffy Eggless Pancakes

These fluffy eggless pancakes are just as fluffy as regular pancakes. It only takes 15 minutes and 6 ingredients to make.

  • To a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk together.
  • In another bowl, whisk the milk, vanilla, and melted butter. The butter might not emulsify into the milk, and that's fine.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined - do not overmix. There should be lots of lumps in the batter.
  • Heat a greased skillet over medium heat until hot. Add ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes until the edges start to dry up and bubbles form on the surface. Flip, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve with your favorite pancake toppings!
