Banana Pancakes

These soft and fluffy Banana Pancakes are a top choice for breakfast or brunch! They're naturally sweetened by ripe bananas (no added sugar), and come together in only 20 minutes.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the bananas, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until just barely combined (you want the batter to be a bit lumpy and chunky).
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. When it's hot, grease it with some butter or oil. Scoop ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook until the edges dry up and bubbles form on the surface, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve with maple syrup!
