Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

My Air Fryer Baked Potato recipe works perfectly every time to make crispy skins and fluffy insides. Only 3 simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep.

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat setting, just run your air fryer for 3 minutes.
  • Rinse and scrub the potatoes well, then dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • Using a fork, poke holes around the potato to allow steam to escape.
  • Rub the potatoes with oil, then sprinkle with salt. Place in the air fryer basket with some space between each one.
  • Air-fry for 30-35 minutes until cooked through. A fork should be able to pierce the potato easily.
  • Cut open the potatoes to let steam escape then top with butter!
